Miria Okano

Miria is a former starship captain and smuggler. Her starship, the Empyreal’s Coin was shot down while orbiting Orbos, and she barely survived. Carrying nothing but a handful of junk salvaged from her spacecraft, and a bracelet containing the formulae for her spells, she is trying to survive and figure out if it is safe to return to space, or whether she needs to simply find a new life on Orbos to avoid execution at the hands of the Confederated Stars.

Edryk A’Nari

An initiate of the Order of Stars, Edryk is not the most talented young magician in the order, but he is one of the most likable. He has been sent to serve as Miria’s Valet as part of the Order’s attempt to make amends with Miria over her abduction by Mormont Karze on their doorstep. He is a stickler for protocol, and terrified of heights, both of which make him a terrible match for Miria.

Kale Amasharhi

Kale is a half elf from Aldea. He has spent years sailing the seas, and has done well for himself. While the merchants of Aldea and the elves of his homeland both use a limited amount of magic, he found the Order of the Stars to be possibly the most powerful Magi anywhere on Orbos, and so after a few visits to the island he decided to stay and see if he could not expand his powers.

Olan Aztrus

Olan is a young man from the island of Nar who is a devotee of the Order of Stars. given the Church’s increased attempts to subvert the Order, he has spent much of his youth learning how to hide and lose trails in the Narian rainforest so that he can run messages and goods to the hidden sacred sites of the Order in across the island. He also does odd jobs for the elders of the town, who find him helpful, eager, and not very bright.

Olan showed compassion and decency in his adventures, as well as incredible talent as a thief. he perished in a shootout with an alien starship pilot.

Rayya DelNar

Rayya is a young woman fron the Island of Nar. Unfortunate run-ins with the Church when she was young has cut her off from a lot of opportunities and potential relationships. She is trying her best to find a way to blaze her own trail… while dealing with an lot of repressed anger. Rayya has proven a loyal and tough ally. Knowing there is a whole other world out there, she is eager to escape Orbos and see the cosmos.

Rayya was killed when she was propelled onto a spike at incredible force by the Arcane Guardian in the Fane of the All-Knowing.

Nala Nariz

A practitioner of the druidic arts taught to the humans of Nar by the native jungle halflings, Nala is an apprentice to the village healer. She is ashamed at the poor care Miria has received, and pledged to see her through until she is cured of radiation poisoning. She has even devised her own brew of purgatives, laxatives, and binding toxins to keep Miria alive based on local lore.

Nala proved a capable and clever warrior throughout her adventure in the Fane of the All-knowing until the whole party was knocked out with a sleeping gas trap. She was dragged off and partially devoured by a piercer while the party slept.

Garland Fortis

A member of the Atreyu Heresy – a split-off order of the dying pre-Church faith of the Aldean Guilds, Garland is dedicated to perfecting himself through asceticism, martial prowess, and non-attachment. Members of his brotehrhood wander looking for opportunities to challenge themselves and win accolades, honor, and attainment. Unfortunately, Garland, though skilled, is an egomaniacal, self-obsessed edge-lord. The party is already sick of his attitude after only a couple of encounters.

Garland triggered off a teleportation trap while showing off his door-kicking skills in the Fane of the All-Knowing. He then fell into a spike trap and died while trying to find his way back to the party.

Raxon D’Narr

A standup man of the Nar community who has served in the town’s milita. He’s joined Miria on her quest so that he can have magical weapons to help defend his community. He has strong doubts about Miria, and a strong Character. He has stood up to Miria a number of times during the Haalu affair.

Raxon was killed by the bite of a ravening caterpillar shortly after defeating the Dread Silkworm.

Berle D’Narr

A gentle giant from Nar village, Berle is simple minded and will do whatever Raxon tells him. He is quick to help others in need, and doesn’t back down from a fight.

Berle died at the hands of a vine horror in the jungles of Nar.
